This track offers on-the-job training, mentoring relationships with regular coaching, and an opportunity to connect and build life-long relationships with culinary leaders and peers. This experience does rotate between different areas/kitchens, but you may be asked to help in other areas as business volumes vary. WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily in administration building but may include going onto the gaming floor, which includes flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke, and outdoors for guest events
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays
