Denise R. Mathews is Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Kinder Morgan, one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America.

Ms. Mathews’ responsibilities include the various disciplines within HR and IT and an array of functions within Administration. She was named Vice President of Human Resources, Information Technology and Administration in January 2018. Ms. Mathews served as Vice President, Human Resources of Kinder Morgan from May 2012 until January 2018. She joined a Kinder Morgan predecessor company in 1979 and served in various human resources roles, including Vice President, Human Resources for El Paso Corporation from 2008 to 2012.

Ms. Mathews holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Birmingham Southern College.

Kinder Morgan owns an interest in or operates 84,000 miles of pipelines and 157 terminals. The company's pipelines transport primarily natural gas, refined petroleum products, CO2 and crude oil and its terminals store, transfer and handle such products as gasoline, ethanol, coal, petroleum coke and steel.

David P. Michels is Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations for Kinder Morgan, the largest midstream and the third largest energy company (based on combined enterprise value) in North America, and CFO for El Paso Pipeline Partners. The Kinder Morgan family of companies include Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI), Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP), Kinder Morgan Management, LLC (NYSE: KMR) and El Paso Pipeline Partners (NYSE: EPB). Mr. Michels' responsibilities include debt and equity financings, accounting and financial planning. He is also responsible for creating and maintaining effective relationships with members of the investment community. Mr. Michels joined Kinder Morgan in 2012 as Vice President, Finance/Accounting. Prior to joining Kinder Morgan, he spent six years in energy investment banking at Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Michels also worked at Lukens Energy Group, and was in the analyst and associate program at Enron Corporation. Mr. Michels holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Kinder Morgan owns an interest in or operates approximately 80,000 miles of pipelines and 180 terminals. The company's pipelines transport primarily natural gas, refined petroleum products, CO2 and crude oil and its terminals store, transfer and handle such products as gasoline, ethanol, coal, petroleum coke and steel. Combined, Kinder Morgan has an enterprise value of approximately $100 billion.
