    TSC's Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) Division is actively recruiting an expert Aviation Maintenance Technician to join our team in support of Flight & Ground Operations of a developmental aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation mechanics, in both manned and unmanned aircraft systems, possess an acute attention to detail, as well as exceptional troubleshooting/problem solving skills to support the aircraft from development through operational phases. As part of the team, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manned and unmanned aircraft systems and components, ensuring that all aircraft are mission-ready and meet applicable legal, contractual and safety performance standards. Ground & Flight Operations will be conducted at various test sites, with the primary location being located at Fort Huachuca, AZ (Sierra Vista). This position will formally report to the Test & Training Site Lead but will be responsible to multiple stakeholders within/outside of the division. This position will be responsible for developing and managing aviation Ground & Flight Operation Procedures, including the development of maintenance manuals, formal training programs, technology insertion. As an integral member of the Aviation Operations leadership team, other duties may be assigned. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manned and unmanned aircraft, including airframes, engines, avionics, line-replaceable-units (LRU) and other system components. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective or malfunctioning parts and systems. Support the development and testing phases of new technologies and configurations. Conduct inspections of aircraft systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and company safety standards. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of aircraft for flight tests, demonstrations, and operational missions. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all aircraft. Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical issues and implement solutions during all phases of the aircraft lifecycle. Ensure all tools and equipment used are in proper working condition and comply with safety standards. Support operational personnel during pre-flight and post-flight procedures as required. Responsible for safe and effective daily operations of aircraft maintenance and flight line operations. Required Qualifications: FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification and 7 years' of experience in aviation maintenance operations.
