Operations Coordinator
Job DescriptionPosition Description: Maintain TIMS (Terminal Inventory Management System) system, including backup and database maintenance, integration and writing reports as required • Maintain Phone System, including additional / removal of voice mail, moving of extensions and serve as liaison between facility and outside vendors • Maintain Digital/Analog radios and assignments, including recalibrating and inventory of batteries and troubleshooting • Provide Local Desktop and server support to all facility staff as required • Maintain video cameras and DVRs, including downloading videos from DVR to provide record of incidents, etc. • Write permits as required • in charge of the Maritime Security for the Terminal.
