  • Operations Coordinator

    Job DescriptionPosition Description: Maintain TIMS (Terminal Inventory Management System) system, including backup and database maintenance, integration and writing reports as required • Maintain Phone System, including additional / removal of voice mail, moving of extensions and serve as liaison between facility and outside vendors • Maintain Digital/Analog radios and assignments, including recalibrating and inventory of batteries and troubleshooting • Provide Local Desktop and server support to all facility staff as required • Maintain video cameras and DVRs, including downloading videos from DVR to provide record of incidents, etc. • Write permits as required • in charge of the Maritime Security for the Terminal. Deals with outside agencies like the Coast Guard / FBI / Homeland Security to ensure we are in compliance with all the requirements since we deal with foreign flagged vessels • Assist with Training, including training of employees, visitors and contractors, as required • Assist electricians with regards to PLC software and computers required to maintain our facility • Maintain incident report spreadsheet and distribute and directed • Compile weekly call notes for SQE calls. • Develop f new documents to assist with work flows and information gathering. • Special Projects as needed. • Other duties as required and assigned..
