Don't tend to micromanage so that you can get your work done.
Just laid off from this horrible company by nothing more than a cold call from VP saying we don't have a need for you in our new reorganization. Never felt so disconnected from a company where I was lauded as one of the best employees they have and they kept less quality people in my group. If you work here, then be prepared to suck up to the right people or the first chance they get they will let you go no matter what.
They do have an uncommon perk of pension plan still unlike many other companies.
Working with employees to complete challenging tasks that take teamwork for successful completion.
Some jobs require completion ASAP causing long work hours without time to work safely.
The company has a very good healthcare program, and paid time off is a very valuable benefit.
