The owners are awesome. They value their team. Little to no turnover. Most people worked here for years. It’s close to my home. No long commute.
No flexibility. Not enough people are vaccinated Health concerns Not following CDC guidelines. Too many unvaccinated people coming in and out They are no mask recommendations They are not protecting their team members and anyone else they may come in contact with from possibly exposed to germs and viruses.
Holiday gifts and Bonuses. Gift cards Warrior a Basketball team tickets. Decent healthcare and dental. Weekends off.
Teaching students using a variety of creative techniques with an emphasis on art therapy for students who experience behavioral, cognitive, social/emotional challenges.
Little to no opportunity for advancement, very low wages, lack of communication between administrators, a teaching structure where teachers were not encouraged to have regular meetings (outside of classroom time) to discuss subjects being taught, different teaching strangers, and lessons taught in a consistent manner.

I started likeing it there cause everyone was friendly but then slowly everyone starts shutting people out. A big reliance of strictly Spanish due to the area we were in
No one spe English, management was never in the same page, the kids didn't have to listen to teachers, when teachers would call for help or a bathroom break It would take longer for someone to come then it would for us to use the bathroom.
None. Health insurance offered would gauge my paycheck soni opted not to take it.
A lot of hours to work and plenty of food. I also got a lot of time to work towards getting paid more.
It seemed like they didn't have any corporate promotion from within the company.
