Being a server leader. I want to be able to assist staffing with their needs to help them be able to be successful with their tasks.

Not enough staffing to allow me to function the way I should in the role that I was promoted to.

Most all benefits are fair. Insurance is what most would expect.

Caretaking of managers and fellow workers

Low salary paid that cannot cater for the monthly expenses made me resign the job

Friendship and meeting new people was the best thing for me and still appreciate it

Good culture. That people here ate very loving and care about there patients.

Work load is extreme. Lots of extra work without adequate time to perform the task
