Performance Bonus Eligible Travel: None Location: Newbury, OH Manufacturing Facility. 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am) Sunday - Thursday Key Responsibilities: Schedules the shift activities of molding department personnel to meet the production schedule; anticipates and maintains accurate personnel levels. Delegate production tasks, trains employees on procedures and processes, provides workforce with appropriate tools and equipment, oversees and approves employee time transactions, evaluates employee performance and recommends employment actions. Creates opportunities for departmental employees by communicating, delegating, guiding and encouraging initiative, creativity and progress. Performs data entry of all daily production into manufacturing system with emphasis on timeliness and accuracy of reporting. Monitors quality of product for adherence to quality standards; performs quality inspection as required. Performs minor technical mold tasks in absence of the Molding Technician. Orders and stocks supplies to ensure availability and staging of materials for production. Maintains a safe and clean work environment; educates and directs personnel on the proper use of all equipment; complies with established policies and procedures.
