As a packer, you will pack finfish portions for distribution to restaurants using the consolidated sheet. The Packer at KSD is responsible for the timely, orderly, and accurate packaging of all Cutting Room products in preparation for delivery. The Packer makes changes to the consolidated sheet as needed and works closely with the Plant Manager throughout the shift.
Once hired, you will be trained in your area of expertise to ensure your capability and understanding of safety and sanitation. You will be trained on our plant standards and you will contribute and excel in a team service environment. You will be responsible for following all company standards and guidelines, and performs opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.

The Back of House Supervisors support the management team in providing a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable kitchen crew that goes above and beyond at all times. Constant deferral to Manager on duty for business decisions that will effect financials.
Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned

The Wine Stewards guide our Guests through a wine experience that will exceed their expectations, while driving sales and providing excellent service and wine knowledge. As the wine steward, you will pair wine and food for Guests as requested or as helpful. You will impact the Guest experience in all steps of service, to include: initial greet (if applicable), order taking, confirmation of wine ordered and proper service of said wine including decanting and suggestive selling. You will move through the dining room communicating with all Guests, crewmembers, managers and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
