Ari is responsible for implementing the strategic lateral hiring plans across all of the Firm’s practice groups. Ari works collaboratively with our partners to identify potential lateral targets (individuals, groups of laterals or boutiques) that the Firm should consider in our existing markets or in new ones. During the course of Ari’s career he has been responsible for recruiting over 375 lateral partners. Prior to joining King & Spalding Ari worked at two other major AmLaw firms.

Mr. Cavanaugh has more than 20 years of experience developing and leading marketing efforts in the legal, corporate and philanthropic sectors. He is based in the firm’s New York office.

Gary Schebotzki is a Chief Counsel at King & Spalding and is based in Greater Atlanta Area.

Gene Viscelli is a Chief Information Officer at King & Spalding and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. He has worked as Product Manager - Warehouse Management Systems at K-Ram Roofing; Director, IT at Delta Technology; and Director, Professional Services at AMERICAN SOFTWARE INC.
