Marc B. Wolpow is Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Audax Group. Along with his business partner, Geoff Rehnert, Mr. Wolpow manages the firm, chairs the firm’s investment committee, and has overseen all phases of Audax Group’s development since its founding in 1999. Prior to co-founding Audax Group, Mr. Wolpow was a General Partner and Managing Director of Bain Capital, where he focused on middle market private equity opportunities, took shared responsibility for Bain Capital’s mezzanine fund, and co-founded the firm’s structured debt business, Bain Capital Credit. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 1990, Mr. Wolpow worked as a leveraged finance professional at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Wolpow received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Under Bill’s leadership, General Atlantic has expanded its global presence, increased its capital base, and deepened its capabilities to identify and partner with high-potential growth companies across multiple business sectors and geographies. Bill is currently on the boards of BlackRock, ByteDance, IHS Markit, and Royalty Pharma. He has also previously served on the boards of Axel Springer, e*Trade, First Republic Bank, Priceline, and Tory Burch, among others. Bill is involved with a number of educational and not-for-profit organizations. He serves as Chair of the Rockefeller University and sits on the boards of EMPEA (Emerging Markets Private Equity Association), Endeavor, and The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. From 2001 to 2013, he served as a Trustee of Amherst College and currently serves on the Investment Committee for the College’s endowment.

Jon Dorfman is a Senior Managing Partner and CIO of Napier Park Global Capital (“Napier Park”). Napier Park separated from Citigroup’s alternative investment arm, Citi Capital Advisors (“CCA”), in February 2013. Jon was previously Co-CEO and CIO of CCA. He was a co-founder of Carlton Hill Global Capital ("CHGC"), a specialized asset management firm that was acquired by Citi in 2007. Prior to establishing CHGC in 2005, Jon spent 20 years at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income Division. He worked in Tokyo and London for 17 years and served as a Managing Director for 8 years. While at Morgan Stanley, Jon held numerous senior management positions including Co-Head of the Global Investment Grade Credit Group and Head of Global Credit Derivative and Asset Swap Trading Group. Among the innovators and early risk takers in the credit default swap, credit index (Tracers and CDX) and tranched risk credit markets, Jon served as an ISDA committee member responsible for the first standardized credit default swap contract. Jon earned a BSE degree, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
