The standardized patient will play the role of acting as a patient while the health science student interviews, performs a physical exam, assesses, and/or develops a plan for the patient's presenting complaint. For each OSCE or simulated clinical experience, the SPs are provided a written script describing the patient's symptoms to prepare for their role.
