Scope of Responsibilities: The sales coordinator will play an important role working directly with ProAct's Sales Directors to achieve maximum yearly sales quotas. This individual will provide support to facilitate internal and external communications, assist in managing production related administrative tasks, and coordinate in-take and output of proposals and proposal coordination. The sales coordinator will be the back-up point of contact with sales directors' key and developing partners.
Job Summary: You will partner directly with the sales team to provide sales and important administrative support for our internal and external partners. The sales coordinator will play a critical role in coordination and communications per sales director's needs. You will assist in data and opportunity management with ProAct's CRM, proposal management, and account manager teams. Responsibilities

Partner with sales directors to enter new opportunities into CRM.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales related support.
Track and ensure timely delivery of proposals and responses.
Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Coordination and Communication
Serve as a trusted link between sales director, proposal team, finance, and account management.
Monitor and respond to partner inquiries when sales director is traveling, out of office, or to assist with triaging responses.
Coordinate delivery and follow up of new and outstanding contracts.
Opportunity and Data Management
Work with sales directors and vice president of sales to ensure opportunities are up to date.
Source information and supporting data to assist in development of new business opportunities.
Maintain an active list of response coordination for action-items.
Campaign Support
Work closely with our marketing team.
Assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns for partners and plan sponsors.
Head efforts in outreach to develop warm leads.
Coordinate outreach to attendees following conferences and trade shows.
Qualifications
Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or related field
Experience:
Preferred: 2-3 or more years previous experience in related position
Preferred: Experience using Excel and Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to multitask and track
Compensation:
$21.00-22.00 per hour.
