Absolutely Nothing
They are gangsters in suites and do not care about their employees

I'm only getting paid what I get paid because our hotel was previously managed by a different company. I've been told all departments are overpaid by some of Kinseth management.
Almost everything. Document documents then meetings about meetings and how to document whatever. I remember sitcoms in the 90s making fun of companies doing things like this. Not streamlined at all.
Going home at the end of the day. The joke material I get from how these jokers operate.
They are keeping the paper industry in business. Document, document, document....
Remove the Kinseth from Kinseth Hospitality and pay bills on time.
I was already working there when Kinseth took over.
Not in our part of the country. They base everything on what is going on in Iowa.
This feels ok. I actually haven't witnessed any issue here.
Joking about the company...there is a lot to joke about. Just Google if you don't believe me. Also, going home.

They work you to death. This company has absolutely no support for their GM’s. You just get a travel manager for two weeks then they expect you to be on your own. I work at full service as a GM and had no AGM or FOM. the reporting is just mind-boggling I felt like I am working in 1990s. They have nothing electronic everything is manual and bunch of paperwork.
They treat you garbage. At least this is my experience.
Get a help for your GM’s provide them with AGM you supposed to work 50 hours per week and it’s absolutely impossible to work 50 hours because you have to be in every department saving pennies but losing dollars
Nothing for Kinseth I would never want to be associated with this company again
