16.00 USD Hourly The Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Present and sell company products and service to current and potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Manage account service through quality checks and other follow-up.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Comply with Lancaster Foods, Inc. policies and procedures.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
High School Diploma/GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree preferred.
Ability to operate a variety of powered industrial trucks.
Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
Ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; ability to work well as a team leader; ability to problem-solve.
Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit for up to 8 hours a day, talking on a phone and working on a computer.

Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, Inc., is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Guest Services Agent. This role is often the first point of contact for our guests, making it one of the most important positions in creating a welcoming, memorable experience.
As a Guest Services Agent, you'll assist with ticket sales, season passes, and other resort products, while providing helpful information about resort activities. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are key.
This position starts as seasonal but may develop into year-round employment as the seasons change and resort operations continue. Part-time and full-time positions available.

OTHER DUTIES
Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness, including assisting with cleaning and upkeep of various areas of the hotel, including but not limited to the front desk, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas.
Engage in cross training in housekeeping and laundry areas to provide assistance as needed.

Front Desk Supervisor or Sales Coordinator - Front Office Manager or Sales Manager
Your Focus
Immediately greet guests and offer to assist with their needs.
Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
Make and confirm reservations.
Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or the PMS system.
Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes, if not available in guest rooms.
Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting audits.
Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
Assist in the breakfast area or assist guests with luggage when staffing assistance is required or during peak periods.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Your Background and Skill
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.
Work Environment and Context
Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching; stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
