Help
Passes on to other workers instructions received from supervisor. Demonstrates proper work method and sets the pace for the crew. Ensure necessary supplies, materials, equipment and tools are available when needed. Checks work in progress and upon completion determines if supervisor's instruction are being followed and timelines are met. Ensures safety and housekeeping rules are being met.
Constructs, alters, modifies or repairs a wide variety of features in buildings and other facilities. Installs, modifies and repairs new and existing utility supply and disposal systems. Performs painting duties with little oversite or review during progress or completion. Lays out and plans masonry work. Responsible for installing new roofs including flashing, gutters and other accessories. Makes repair that can be accomplished by removing, replacing, tightening, splicing soldering and insulating defective electrical components.

Perform hot works (welding/fabrication).
Perform sprinkler and dewatering system operation and maintenance.
Perform farm maintenance including windmills.
Operate cement plant.
Remove dead animals from pen to designated area.
Perform electrical maintenance.
Maintain general yard and building housekeeping.
Comply with all OSHA/Safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

The Iroquois Center for Human Development (ICHD) is a Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center serving southwest Kansas since 1968. Additionally, ICHD is a certified CCBHC in the State of Kansas. ICHD provides an array of services for residents of Clark, Comanche, Edwards, and Kiowa counties. The ICHD home office is located in Greensburg with branch offices located in Coldwater, Ashland, and Kinsley. The ICHD is governed by a 14-member Board of Directors representing the participating counties and the 2026 operating budget for ICHD is approximately $5,000,000.

Position Summary
The Clinical Director is a senior executive leader responsible for overseeing all clinical programs at the Iroquois Center for Human Development, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) in the State of Kansas. This role ensures high-quality, evidence-based services across the organization's continuum of care, including Community Based Services (CBS) for children and families, Community Support Services (CSS), and Outpatient Therapy for children and adults. The Clinical Director reports directly to the Executive Director and may serve as Acting Executive Director in their absence.

Active and unrestricted Kansas clinical license (e.g., LSCSW, LCPC, LCP) required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in behavioral health, community mental health, or related settings.
Strong knowledge of CCBHC requirements, CMHC operations, Medicaid-funded services, and Kansas mental health regulations.
Demonstrated experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and leading program development.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
