Material Handler
Manage all raw material needs of the Fabrication Department.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and track all inventory levels of raw materials in E2 software.
Order material needed to meet job requirements.
Issue materials needed for work orders.
Track Red Tags that are sent to Fabrication and determine the reason and advise for correction.
Enter purchase orders and print travelers when needed.
Send reports of current raw material activities as required.
Required Skills:
Ability to distinguish material types and gauges.
Drive forklift to move material and stage orders.
Unload trucks of large heavy loads in a safe manner.
Learn and understand software needed to meet job requirements.
Desired Skills:
Being open to and actively solicit new ideas and opinions.
Current drivers license and the ability to drive truck to pick up metals when needed.
Operate basic hand tools and some machinery when required.
Travel:
No Travel
Physical:
Must be able to stand 8 hours
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Starting Hourly Range - $22 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.

Test Tech
This position is responsible for making sure all kiosks are tested and functioning properly prior to Final QA. Also, to include the loading and testing of customers images and applications.
Responsibilities:
Ensures all electronic assemblies and finished products meet functional test specification and quality standards.
Works with internal partners to verify manufacturing test specifications, including interface requirements, and instructions.
Communicates directly to the Test Supervisor and Manager.
Interfaces with others with-in the organization to ensure that a quality product is met.
Ensures team adheres to all quality standards and expectations.
Ensures the completion tested products meet or exceeds all testing requirements.
Actively ensures that the production floor cleanliness and organization is maintained.
Flexibility to assume other jobs when work schedule necessitates movement of staff to other positions.
Responsibilities will include completing all paperwork related to their everyday duties.
Demonstrates the ability to learn new projects as they arise.
Must show the ability to be organized and self-efficient
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
1 to 4 years’ experience in assembly/manufacturing, hardware testing.
Experience with MS Office, and manufacturing/production software.
Have a general knowledge of computers.
Knowledge and experience with test software.
A good knowledge of troubleshooting of computer and technical problems.
Can use troubleshooting equipment like Voltmeter. Amp meter.
Desired Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent assembly, test production experience.

Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and solutions advocate for our kiosks. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product offerings to customers via phone conferences and in person meetings. Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
* Work with Sales Reps to identify and qualify custom project opportunities.
* Apply technical knowledge of product offerings to support sales cycle.
* Evaluate customer requirements and develop SOW proposals for engineering development on custom hardware opportunities.
* Establish and verify cost models for standard and custom projects.
* Coordinate pricing and execution strategy with Sales Reps. Prepare cost estimates by studying drawings, renderings, CAD models and other related customer documents.
* Collaborate with Engineering team on custom project development and associated engineering hours
* Support general and technical inquiries from Sales Team.
* Investigate new technologies and to enhance KIOSKs product offering and abilities.
* Utilize time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
* Handle multiple and parallel projects.
* Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline.
* 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing environment; 3 years of experience in technical selling or sales support preferred.
* Experience with CREO/ProE, Solidworks, or similar CAD software.
* Must be able to learn new component technology, act as a self-starter, and manage many different priorities.
Desired Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills and demonstrated experience communicating technical information. Must be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and proposals.
* Experience with sheet metal fabrication is a plus; ability to estimate costs for sheet metal work and engineering hours for new designs preferred.
* Experience with SaaS software experience is a plus; ability to present software solutions for a defined remote monitoring platform and custom software development.
* The candidate should be organized and analytical and have the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Hardware Operator
Press in hardware to print and manufactures recommendation using Haeger installation equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operator installs the correct Pem hardware using the information on the traveler and drawings.
Requests QA personnel to inspect first articles.
Operator scans in work order at the beginning and completion of each work order in E2 software.
Set up installation presses using the correct tooling for each type hardware.
Programming controllers to make sure that the correct specifications are used for instillation.
Required Skills:
Learn and understand the correct hardware used in different materials.
Work closely and assist others in the handling large parts.
Learn Pem part numbers and understand how to decode what they mean.
Understand how to read and get needed information from the Pem catalog.
Scan in work order start and stop times in the data collection devices for E2.
Desired Skills:
