I’m a Strategic Thinker & Storyteller, who has led across the Education, Government, and Corporate landscape. I have spent my career driving change, improving organizational performance, managing special revenue sources, and leveraging strategic communications to advance initiatives. In 2015, I made a very intentional decision to transition to the public sector, first as a Senior Project Manager within the City of Atlanta, and eventually moving to Public Education as a 2017 Broad Resident.

Identifying the complexities of a problem and creating pathways forward brings me joy, along with success to the organizations I serve. Today, I am the Chief External Relations Officer, and former Chief of Staff, at KIPP Public Schools Jacksonville. From securing and managing multi-million-dollar grants to building and leading Strategy & Communications functions, I have helped KIPP Jacksonville position itself to increase Educational opportunities for over 2,000 kids and counting. I look forward to connecting with other Education Advocates and Social Impact leaders in this work.

Zachary Rossley is a President and Chief Operating Officer, KIPP Jacksonville Schools at KIPP Jacksonville and is based in Jacksonville Florida Area. He has worked as Chief Operating Officer, Achievement Schools at Achievement School District; Officer at US Army; and Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Data and Research at Tennessee Department Of Education. Zachary studied at Harvard Business School between 2005 and 2007, Broad Center For The Management of School Systems The between 2011 and 2013, and United States Military Academy at West Point between 1996 and 2000.
