We are looking for teachers/tutors who can work with Kindergarten, elementary & middle school children in a small group setting. Genie Academy offers paid training and a work environment with stable after-school hours.
Our staff is helpful and supportive while our clientele is both established and trusted. We offer a structured curriculum alongside a comfortable classroom setting that fosters learning and creativity. Our students are motivated and bright, but are also in need of your help!
Compensation
Genie Academy's starting hourly wage ranges from $16 to $22 an hour depending on your experience.
Our Coaches (Tutors) are divided into three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. New hires are in the Silver tier.
As you develop your skills and reputation you will move into the higher tiers. Our Gold & Platinum tier teachers may earn anywhere from $1000 to $15000 annual bonuses for their classes with our accrued bonus program.

What We're Looking For
We seek dedicated teachers/tutors who can work with Kindergarten, elementary, and middle school students in small group settings. Proficiency in reading comprehension, writing, grammar, phonics, spelling, and vocabulary is essential. You must also demonstrate alignment with our Core Values (see more here: Core Values) and a commitment to mastering our curriculum and teaching methods.
What You'll Do
Teach, coach, and inspire students in reading and writing, guiding them to transform their skills and foster a love for learning.
Use a structured curriculum that balances creativity with rigorous instruction.
Engage with students in a supportive, small-group environment to help them achieve academic success.
Work across multiple centers if desired, offering you diverse experiences.
Collaborate with a helpful and supportive staff in a trusted and established program.
Training and Development
We provide paid training to help you master our curriculum and processes. Our compensation structure recognizes and rewards your dedication to teaching excellence and your contributions to Genie Academy's success.
Locations
We're hiring for all of our centers. You can choose to work in one location or multiple. Explore our locations here: Genie Academy Locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour (potential to earn up to $50 per hour through our tiered program)
Expected Hours: 30 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
