About KIPP NYC College Prep High School: In August 2009, KIPP NYC College Prep High School (CPHS) opened its doors to serve students graduating from KIPP middle schools in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, as well as other New York City students seeking a rigorous, college-preparatory high school program. KIPP NYC College Prep builds on the key elements of their successful elementary and middle schools, including more time in school, a focus on student achievement, highly qualified and committed faculty, and a school culture that supports success in learning. Located in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx, CPHS currently educates over 2,000 students in grades 9-12 across two locations. Over 90% of students enroll in at least one type of rigorous academic offering, including 16 Advanced Placement (AP) courses, 17 Dual Enrollment courses, and 13 Honors courses. In addition to a wide range of electives and over 25 clubs, the school offers 13 varsity and junior varsity sports programs.     Trustees of Phillips Academy (Andover) 2026 - NYC Endowment Investment Office Phillips Academy is a residential secondary school in Andover, Massachusetts, founded in 1778 to educate “youth from every quarter.” The school's $1.5 billion multi-asset class endowment provides significant operating support to the Academy, much of which enables the school's policy of need-blind admissions. The NYC-based Investment office, which manages the Academy's endowment, seeks an Investment Analyst for an expected 2 to 3 year position, beginning June 2026. The Investment Analyst should have some prior experience (preferably as a financial analyst at an investment manager, investment consultant or investment bank), strong excel and quantitative analytical skills, interest in investing, a demonstrated track record of academic and professional success, intellectual curiosity and a collaborative approach. Day-to-day responsibilities are focused on quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation of investment managers and reporting on the overall portfolio. The Investment Analyst will be joining as a key member of the small team (CIO, Investment Director, 2 Associate Directors, Investment Operations Associate, Office Manager) and follow a hybrid work schedule (at least 3 days in-office, up to 2 days remote). The Investment Analyst will be focused on assisting the investment team in research and analysis including, but not limited to: Preparing analysis on the performance and exposures of both individual managers' portfolios and the endowment portfolio overall; Acting as point person on a set of specific investments, developing responsibility for the coverage of and communication with such managers over time, and keeping the CIO and team abreast of notable developments, with more in-depth reviews and assessments periodically Supporting team in sourcing, screening and analyzing prospective investment managers, Ultimately drafting investment and redemption recommendation memos for the Investment Committee (“IC”); presenting performance reviews and investment recommendations to the IC Leading and contributing to ad hoc research projects on market trends, strategies, and opportunities Providing regular operational support for the portfolio Traveling approximately 10-15% of time for conferences, diligence, and/or monitoring of existing/prospective investments Qualifications: One to four years of finance or business experience, within investment management, investment banking, consulting or another relevant field. High degree of comfort with quantitative analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point; interest to master other relevant software. Strong work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, communicate progress effectively and manage simultaneous projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Interest in driving analysis to a well-reasoned/supported conclusion/recommendation. Self-motivation and strong problem-solving skills; entrepreneurial approach to challenges. High level of professional maturity, integrity and judgement. Dependability and a sense of personal ownership of responsibilities. Track record of collaboration, working on a small team. Strong Academic credentials, Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a relevant subject area. Salary Range Information: The annual base salary range (before taxes) for this position is expected to be $125,000 -$140,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
