Paul Joiner is an accomplished leader in the healthcare industry. He comes to Kipu from Availity, a healthcare information technology network serving many of the largest and most respected provider and payer organizations in the US. As Availity's COO, Paul was a major force for growth and innovation, nearly doubling the company's revenue during his tenure. Paul served previously as VP of Corporate Development & Payer Solutions at Passport Health Communications, which was acquired by Experian in 2013.

Dolores Calicchio is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Kipu Health and VP:Human Resources at Noven Pharmaceuticals Inc and is based in Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. She has worked as Chief People Officer at BAYADA Home Health Care, VP Human Resources Health Care Systems at Johnson & Johnson, and VP:Human Resources at CARNIVAL CORP. Dolores studied at Kean University and NEW YORK UNIVERSITY.

Simply put, Eddie Aja is Kipu Health’s numbers guru. Prior to his time at Kipu Health, Eddie spent his preceding tenure at Pet Supermarket, where he grew to the position of CFO. During his time with Pet Supermarket, he refrained from acquiring a pet while helping the chain grow from 150 stores to over 210 nationwide. Eddie further assisted in the sale and merger of Pet Supermarket to a private equity firm. Before that, he spent 8 years at an e-commerce company where he grew to Senior Controller, while in his spare time earning an MBA degree from the University of Miami and went on to earn his CPA accreditation as well. That’s a lot of letters: BA, MBA, CPA. Eddie is a resident of Coconut Grove and has two daughters, ages 5 and 7.

Joan Leroux is a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Kipu Health and SVP Global Sales & Customer Success at Adlib and is based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. She attended Bramalea Secondary School, Schulich School of Business York University between 2008 and 2010, and Wilfrid Laurier University.

Lance Mansfield is a Chief Product Officer at Kipu Health and is based in Seattle, Washington. He has worked as Software Architect at Active Voice; Director, Solutions Engineering at Infospace; and Vice President, Product Management at Experian Health Careers. Lance works or has worked as Principal at Mansfield Consulting Corp. He studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1996 and 1998 and Seattle Pacific University between 1989 and 1993.

Rick handles the execution of Kipu's vision by delivering first in class customer experience. He brings over 30 years of fast-growing software and SaaS experience. Rick comes to us from WebPT, a SaaS-based provider of an end-to-end EMR, billing, and practice management solution for physical therapy, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations overseeing all customer-facing activity. WebPT scaled almost 3X during Rick’s tenure and now counts over 20,000+ clinics. Before WebPT, Rick was the Chief Operating and Customer Officer of SmartVault, a high-growth SaaS provider of document management and client portal solutions, and owned the entire customer journey from sales to support. Before SmartVault Rick was the VP of Customer Enablement and I.T. for Seismic Micro-Technology (SMT) where he served on the executive team transforming the family-owned business into a fast-growing professional organization. Before SMT, Rick oversaw the enterprise security and compliance support teams for Symantec. Rick graduated with honors and has a BS in Business Management and Information Technology.
