As a Projects 1 Technician your responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating knowledge and experience in building materials.
Possessing intermediate to excellent electrical skills and basic plumbing knowledge.
Having basic to intermediate masonry skills.
Building forms and pouring concrete.
Cutting out and patching asphalt.
Removing and/or installing paver bricks, barbecue grills, etc.
Digging trenches.
Operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, and related machinery.
Installing and repairing fencing and barriers.
Participating in major cleanup projects such as lakefront or storm damage restoration.
Operating a chainsaw.

Always adhering to safety requirements and using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Setting up and using ladders and/or scaffolding, as well as boom and scissor lifts.
Having the ability to assist all other trades when necessary.
Driving golf carts and company-tagged vehicles as per policy.
Qualifications
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
3-5 years' experience in the construction or renovation industry.
Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license to drive company golf carts.
