Role Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in a solution-based role, delivering professional services, including implementing and optimizing data architecture and technical solutions
Four-year college degree in computer science, computer technology, or a related field (preferred)
Experience with multiple enterprise-level Marketing Automation Platform, including working knowledge of one of the leaders in this space (Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Cordial, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, etc.)
Experience with cloud-based data solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Redshift, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with a strong understanding of data normalization and partitioning
Understanding of email deliverability best practices, including IP warming, domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inbox placement strategies
Familiarity with email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA) and their impact on data management
Expertise in designing, optimizing and integrating complex data architecture and requirements with business processes for scalable relational (SQL) and NoSQL database architectures (e.g., Responsys, SFMC, Iterable, Braze)
Certification(s) in two or more areas of marketing technology and/or email marketing or related platform
Ability to lead technical discovery sessions and effectively communicate data requirements to diverse audiences and have excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and clients; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals

Work Environment / Travel
We are a 100% remote company where you will work from your home with company-provided equipment to set you up for success. Semi-frequent travel to professional office settings and other events locally and nationally; some overnight travel expected.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $172,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Shaw/Scott, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package, including company paid health insurance, 401K with employer match, 4 weeks PTO per year, parental leave, communication allowance, and more.
