Kirtland's professional associate's degrees include: * Business * Cardiac Sonography * Electrical Technology * Nursing * Pharmacy Technology Students may also get an associate's degree in liberal arts or an associate's in fine arts. Fine arts majors include: * Creative writing * Studio art * Theatre Arts Student services include online and on-campus writing assistance, tutoring in all subjects, career counseling and transfer advisement. Kirtland also has financial aid counselors who will help students to fill out their FAFSA and select the most appropriate aid awards. Types of aid available include academic scholarships, loans and grants. Admissions applications are available on the Kirtland website. Applicants will also need to submit transcripts or GED scores and proof of residency. New students will also need to take the COMPASS exam, which is used for placement purposes only. Those who scored at least 21 on the ACT do not need to take the COMPASS.
