The people (residents & families & co workers) its a blessing ! Not perfect but most days r great!
Lack of communication at times. Favoritism among some CMT. But its to be expected. I guess?
Residents stories bonus we got this year for hero during covid. Wsd such a surprise n big blessing at least for my family amazing. Thank you.
Culture- very strong mission and values and they walk their talk
nothing - would like to be able to relocate and stay with the company
Autonomy - ability to have a voice in the direction and tactics of the company - promote from within
