Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as washing dishes, cleaning floors, and taking out trash. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and appliances, ensuring they are in good working condition. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Kitchen Manager. Bartender Support: Assist bartenders with food prep and restocking bar snacks or garnishes as needed. Support the bar team during busy periods by preparing quick bites or platters for service. Communicate effectively with bartenders to ensure timely and accurate service of food orders. Stocking and Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and checking deliveries for accuracy and quality. Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure availability and minimize waste. Monitor inventory levels and inform the Kitchen Manager of any shortages or needs for reorder. Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
