Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a rockstar Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. As a Kitchen Manager your responsibilities would include:
Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
In conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient and effective food item ticket times
Managing performance of Back of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
Assisting with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
Conducting formal line Taste & Temp checks as part of overall responsibility for inventory and safety in the kitchen
Overseeing the proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
Directing work for Back of House employees, including setting hours and weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during and after open hours of the restaurant
Training Back of House employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire Back of House employees
Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals

The Kitchen Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the operations of the Urban Air Café and guiding the performance of Team Members. This is a practical, hands-on role, with much of the working hours spent in the kitchen and service area, cooking, preparing and serving food. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the proper execution of all processes, systems and standards

* Adhere to scheduled shifts and is willing to stay beyond when business or circumstances dictate

* Set a high standard and good example for Café staff regarding punctuality, attendance and attitude and ensure these standards are always maintained

QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
* Minimum of two (2) years' previous F&B experience (quick Service and/or restaurant experience)
* 1-3 years' management experience in the hospitality field preferred
* Must have a current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or be willing to attain within the first 30 days of employment

A Shift Manager functions as the person in charge of the store in the absence of, or as directed by the General Manager, the Assistant Manager, or Store Manager for the duration of their assigned shift. You will be executing store operations, supervising Team Members, and delegating tasks as necessary. The Shift Manager is responsible for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Jamba Juice, or Carvel products to their guests, and for the maintenance of the store premises and equipment, in accordance with Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon operation standards and policies. This role is critical in providing our guests with outstanding experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
Perform all the Team Member's responsibilities such as preparing dough and other products (lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons and yogurt). Roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels /Cinnabons/yogurt.
Prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's.
Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel/Cinnabon trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color.

Execute and deliver quality store operations:

Run register reports, complete Daily Cash Reports, and hourly reading sheets. If closing, complete the Sales Log report.
Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed.
Complies with all Auntie Anne's/Cinnabon and Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC policies/procedures including relevant federal and state regulations, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right to Know, EEO, ADA, etc.

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older.
6 months to 2 years of experience in retail management, food service industry, or equivalent retail experience.
Current food handler certification, or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days as required by local law.

Ability to use and operate a calculator accurately.

If you have a love for the make-believe and enjoy interacting with Park Guests, this is your speed! These positions require fast-paced head math (There will be a math test!), and a lot of standing. This is also where your keen customer service skills will shine!
Paid dialect training will be provided for these positions.
There are some Front of House/Back of House hybrid positions available as well. These are costumed positions that cover food production where it happens within view of Park Guests but involves less customer interaction.
Basic costumes and paid dialect training will be provided for Hybrid positions.
Starting pay is $12 per hour, plus an even split of pooled tips. Higher starting pay is possible with higher responsibility positions and experience.
Your first check will include pre-show training day(s), dress rehearsal day and your first weekends pay! Direct Deposit is available and encouraged.
