JOB SUMMARY- The KitchenManager in Training (KMIT) or the Floating KitchenManager is responsible for fulfilling and implementing items from Rusty Lantern food menus as well as developing new food items. This position travels throughout South East Mass and into Rhode Island to ensure kitchen staff is adhering to quality standards and other rules and regulations required as an employee of Rusty Lantern Markets. While the position starts off as a more mobile role, the objective is to eventually find a kitchen to manage, to be more stationary. This position is based out our our Brockton, MA. store and is looking to be placed there permanently.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quality menu items daily
Place bulk kitchen orders accurately, on time, and within set budgets
Maintain strict inventory levels and participate in weekly/monthly inventory
Construct and create seasonal menus and develop recipes in accordance with set margins
Mentor and train all team members.
Increase food sales by increasing customer foot traffic, evening and weekend business
Keep track of daily food shrink/loss
Set and maintain the highest level of customer service
Adhere to dress code at all times
Schedule in accordance with labor budget (when applicable)
Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices at all times

The Providence Center Women's Road to Recovery Residential Assistant provides addiction treatment and mental health services help women to regain control of their lives and live healthy, without drugs or alcohol. Programs focuses on both mental health and addiction issues, including the unique challenges women in recovery face.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Residential Assistant will perform, coordinate and monitor the daily non-clinical operations of the program.
Provide orientation of clients into the community.
Conduct tour of the facility and make introductions.
Problem solve and provide other support to clients as needed. Serve as a role model. Assist in new client admissions.
Review rules and regulations, issue linens, assign bedrooms, sign appropriate releases, gather birth certificates and social security cards, etc.
Maintain cooperative relationships with clients, other employees and the public.
Attend trainings, case presentations and conferences.
Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Advanced education preferred.
Experience working with a substance abuse population is strongly preferred.
A candidate must have at least 4 years in recovery, if applicable.
Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Scope of Position
The primary function of the Restaurant Manager is to organize and manage the activities of the dining rooms to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits including seasonal restaurants. Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and guest support related tasks including weekly payroll, scheduling, reviewing staff performance, coaching, and counseling staff where corrective action is needed, interviewing, and selecting new staff.
Schedule Requirements
The operation is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, inclusive of all holidays. While the company will make every attempt to create a work and life balance, all exempt team members may be required to work extended shifts and additional days based on business demands. Working more than eight hours per day and more than five consecutive days as needed is an essential job function for all exempt roles. Travel may be required and may include some overnight stays. All exempt team members should be responsible in scheduling their time off. The busiest of days during the season (Memorial Day through Columbus Day) are the weekend days from Friday thru Sunday and on holiday weekends that are celebrated on Mondays, this can include Mondays. All exempt staff must be aware and able to work all weekends; requesting time off for a holiday weekend may not and will likely not be granted. Position Summary:
Responsible for creating a culture of learning, execution and appreciation of food that is fresh,
convenient, customizable and available. This person must provide management for Au Bon Pain

Responsibilities
1) Hospitality

2) Receiving/Storage/Organization

Adhere to the Produce Handling Guide at all times.
Make certain all storage and receiving practices are up to ABP and health code
standards.

3) Prep/Premade
Utilize all tools (Prep Sheet, Procedure Cards, Step by Step, Café Requisition Sheet and
Café & Culinary Readiness Journal) to ensure product quality and availability throughout
the day.
Develop a cultural appreciation of prepping and preparing food that is fresh,
convenient, and of the highest quality.
Teach & maintain proper station setup to maximize efficiency.
Maintain premade handling and wrapping procedures to ensure product meets
temperature and is at ABP standard.
Accurately merchandise products per merchandising guide & schematics.
Check for quality and make sure that any and all product below our standards is brought
to the attention of General Manager and never served to the guest.
Taste menu items with team member to build overall product knowledge.
4) Food ordering/Production planning/Inventory
Maintain & actively use ABP order guides for all food & paper orders
Develops pars for all food, paper and beverage products
Maintain & control budgeted café food cost
Ensure weekly food inventory is complete every Thursday

Maintain food quality and temperature throughout the delivery process.

6) Profitability
Responsible for ensuring profitability through proper planning and execution of food
processes and labor processes. Responsibility includes ensuring food cost variance is
within standard and that labor costs are within standard.
7) Sanitation and Safety

The position requires the ability to flawlessly execute the Wolfoods Camp Food Service Program. You must possess knowledge of food allergens and the ability to create dishes for people with a multitude of dietary restrictions and combination of restrictions. It will require planning, recipe execution, and strict sanitation practices to avoid cross contamination and cross-contact. You must be able to facilitate the duties and responsibilities of creating, implementing, and maintaining the Service & Culinary needs of the assigned camp. You must be able to maintain clean and comfortable surroundings, in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring correct service timing, food quantity, and food quality are accurately provided for all meal periods and special requests.
This position requires the ability to communicate with children, exchange students, front and back of house staff, directors, managers, counselors, leaders, specialists, and diners professionally and effectively. A keen sense of urgency is a must for this position, and you must be able to answer all Service & Culinary related questions, in accordance with Wolfoods Standards of Service Guidelines.
The lead staff will manage all aspects of the food service operation to deliver high levels of camp diner satisfaction, compliance with camp standards, controlling the budget, and training staff on service standards. Duties & Responsibilities:
