Additionally, you will prepare food production checklists and ensure the proper implementation of company recipes. Ordering food, small wares, uniforms, and other necessary products to maintain operational standards will also fall under your purview. Identifying operational opportunities and implementing plans to address them will be crucial. You will have the authority to approve and sign all food or beverage discounts and must prioritize the safety and security of both employees and guests.
