Sort and stack clean dishes, transport clean dishes to proper storage areas. Washes dishes, pots and pans by hand as needed following the correct order of wash, rinse and sanitize. Properly clean the dish machine following the proper procedure. Sweep and mop storage, and dish area floors throughout the shift. Dispose of the trash in the dumpster. + Bussing Tables - Ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guest. When a party departs, bussers remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats and if necessary, sweep or vacuum the surrounding floor and reset the table for service.
