An Operations Manager must perform 3 primary activities. 1. Selling 2. Cleaning 3. Managing Selling: The Operations Manager sells (this includes making follow up calls) 2 days a week minimum (6 hours per day) . Sales Goals and Objectives established along with commission payouts. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet Cleaning: The Operations Manager is to clean $1200 of glass per week (cleaning 3 (6 hour) days per week). They clean when a cleaner calls off, priority jobs and jobs that require more than one cleaner. They are paid commission for the completed work.
