Production Planning:

Inventory & Supply Strategy:
Own finished goods inventory strategy and targets across all manufacturing and distribution sites.
Manage an Inventory Control Specialist and set clear processes for inventory reconciliation and accuracy.
Balance supply availability with working capital efficiency - minimizing excess and scrap risk while meeting customer service and revenue goals.
Develop ordering strategies and replenishment logic to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
What we're looking for...
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
8+ years of experience in demand planning, production planning,and supply chain management within a CPG or manufacturing environment.
Experience managing or mentoring direct reports.
Proven experience leading S&OP or IBP processes across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset - expert in Excel and planning systems and tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, Kinaxis, Power BI, or similar).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Accept directions from Regional Property Manager/s and Regional Maintenance Supervisor/s regarding day to day work activities
Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and janitorial maintenance work
Repair/replace outlets, switches, breakers, light fixtures, and appliances, and perform other electrical maintenance duties

Job Summary
Kiva will depend on the delivery person to deliver cannabis products to the growing Southern California region. This position requires a person comfortable with being on the road throughout the day. As part of the team, the qualified individual will participate in the development of a fast growing operation.

As a Kiva Delivery Driver, you will:
Communicate with Manager regarding daily deliveries
Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customers
Confirm and pack all orders
Complete necessary deliveries to dispensaries throughout Southern California while maintaining scheduled appointments
Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoice
Responsible for collecting payments and accurately count cash
Process the completion of orders on iPad while in the field
Handle materials (lifting 50-55 lbs.)
Create efficient driving routes
Responsible for the maintenance of inventory and delivery vehicles
Miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by Manager
What we're looking for:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years delivery experience
Minimum of 5 years customer service
Must be able to meet Kiva's motor vehicle requirement
Valid California Driver's License
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail is required
Excellent driving record is required
Strong communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Comfort with using iPad & personal cell phone for vendor communication
Work Environment
Driving In the field 90% of the time
Covering all of the Southern California territory
Must be able to drive in all weather conditions
Physical Requirements
Work schedule is Monday to Friday -
Start times vary between 5am - 9am
This position requires driving for long distances and tolerating long work hours
Some overnight deliveries may be required
Ability to safely drive large van/truck
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
The employee is frequently required to talk or hear; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance.
The employee is frequently required to sit; walk; stoop.
