Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform in support of membership operations and accounts receivable processes. This role plays a critical part in enhancing member engagement, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment tracking. This role will serve as a key liaison between the association and its members, supporting engagement, retention, and growth initiatives. A strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including building and customizing reports and dashboards, using Data Loader, and integrating/leveraging third-party applications such as Pardot, is essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities Support the full membership lifecycle, including processing applications and assisting with onboarding new members. Ensure membership data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing efforts. Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable, including coordination with accounts payable teams and third-party payment portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.). Assist with third-party applications and tools (e.g., Pardot, Fonteva) to enhance business operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Website Administration teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals. Develop and implement training programs to enhance Salesforce adoption and efficiency among users. Stay informed on Salesforce updates, releases, and industry best practices, proactively implementing improvements. Assist in reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to support decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of membership, administrative or customer service experience. Trade association or financial services industry experience is a bonus. Strong experience with Salesforce CRM for data management, reporting and process automation. Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking and collections. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Customer-focused demeanor with problem solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience in accounts receivable or financial operations. Knowledge of business processes related to membership, sales, and marketing automation.
