Draft PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials for internal and external audiences. Minimum Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in public or stakeholder communications, ideally supporting large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or civic projects. Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with digital platforms and tools including website CMS, email marketing, social media management, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
