Mr. Gorman is Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Gorman became CEO in January 2010 and Chairman in January 2012. He joined the Firm in February 2006 and was named Co-President in December 2007. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Gorman held a succession of executive positions at Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, he was a senior partner of McKinsey & Co. and began his career as an attorney in Melbourne, Australia. Among his civic activities, Mr. Gorman serves as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Council on Foreign Relations, and is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Columbia Business School, the Monetary Authority of Singapore International Advisory Panel, the Business Council, and the Board of the Institute of International Finance. He formerly served as President of the Federal Advisory Council to the U.S. Federal Reserve Board, Co-Chairman of the Partnership for New York City, Chairman of the Board of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and Co-Chairman of the Business Committee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Mr. Gorman, who was born in Australia, earned a B.A. and Law degree from the University of Melbourne and an M.B.A. from Columbia University

David Michael Solomon (born c. 1962) is an American investment banker, and the chief executive officer (CEO) of Goldman Sachs, a position he has held since October 2018. He has also been chairman of the bank since January 2019. Before assuming his role as CEO, Solomon was president and chief operating officer from January 2017 to September 2018, and was joint head of the investment banking division from July 2006 to December 2016. Solomon formally succeeded Lloyd Blankfein, the previous CEO, on October 1, 2018, and was named chairman after Blankfein's retirement.

Rishi Kapoor is Investcorp’s Co-Chief Executive Officer. He oversees the Firm’s Private Equity businesses in North America and India, as well as the Real Estate, Credit Management, Absolute Returns and Strategic Capital businesses globally. Prior to his appointment as Co-CEO, Rishi had held several leadership positions within Investcorp including as Chief Financial Officer between 2003 and 2015. He joined Investcorp from Citigroup in 1992. Rishi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Rishi is a member of Duke University’s Middle East regional advisory board. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for National Bank of Bahrain, Gulf Air Group, Bahrain Airport Company and Gulf Aviation Academy. In 2019, Rishi was recognized by Forbes Middle East as one of the top 10 Indian executives making an impact in the Middle East, and Top CEO Middle East recognized Rishi as one of the top CEOs in the GCC financial services and investment sector.

VINCENT VANDERLINDEN is a Chief Executive Officer and President Group Chemicals at The Carlyle Group and is based in Nice, Provence-Alpes-Côte D'azur, France. He has worked as Responsable Commercial & Achats et Administrateur at ACTICHEM, Manager Account at RPM INTERNATIONAL INC/DE/, and Responsable Laboratoire at CRAY VALLEY BENELUX TOTAL SA. Vincent studied at C.R.E.P.C. between 1994 and 1997, Institut Meurice between 1990 and 1994, and Haute Ecole Lucia de Brouckère between 1990 and 1995.

Mr. Huff co-founded ContourGlobal in 2005 and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Huff co-founded Reservoir Capital in 1998, and is a member of all fund Investment Committees. He currently serves on the boards of many of Reservoir Capital’s portfolio companies in industries such as energy, power, aircraft leasing, and insurance. He has also been instrumental in the formation and development of a variety of hedge funds and private investment firms. Mr. Huff is the President of the Board of Trustees of St. Bernard’s School and serves as a Trustee of the Princeton Theological Seminary. Prior to founding Reservoir Capital, Mr. Huff was a Partner at Ziff Brothers Investments and, prior to business school, served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear submarine officer and nuclear engineer. Mr. Huff graduated magna cum laude from Abilene Christian University with a B.S. in Engineering Physics. He completed his M.B.A. at Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.

Chip Kaye joined Warburg Pincus in 1986 and is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, Mr. Kaye oversees the firm’s investment decisions and leads Warburg Pincus’ Executive Management Group. Mr. Kaye lived in Hong Kong from 1994 to 1999, where he was instrumental in the launch and development of Warburg Pincus’ Asia operations. Mr. Kaye is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, co-chairman of the Partnership Fund for New York City, and a member of the International Advisory Board of the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Advanced Study of India (CASI). Mr. Kaye currently serves on the Board of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum and is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
