Plan, implement, and maintain a therapeutic classroom curriculum for children ages 0-5, ensuring activities are developmentally appropriate and inclusive for children with disabilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level in which you are applying.
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-09 level in the Federal Service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following: (1) carrying out duties involving the investigation, apprehension, and/or detention of persons suspected or convicted of offenses; (2) assisting with planning, implementing, or overseeing the law enforcement program; (3) preparing/analyzing investigation reports by collecting evidence, witness statements, and other pertinent correspondence; and (4) collaborating with other law enforcement agencies, management, and specialists to implement resource protection and law enforcement procedures.

Education: Successful completion of 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in a directly related field. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position. NOTE: You must submit a copy of your transcripts.

Combination: Successful completion of a combination of specialized experience and graduate level education that, when combined, equals 100% of the total requirement. To calculate your combined amount, first determine the amount of your specialized experience as a percentage of the requirement listed above. Then determine the amount of your graduate education in excess of the first two years (36 semester hours) as a percentage of the requirement listed above; then add the two percentages. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. NOTE: You must submit a copy of your transcripts.

* Maximum Entry Age: This is a Primary-Rigorous law enforcement position covered under the special retirement provisions of 5 U.S. C. 8336(c) (CSRS) and 8412(d) (FERS). The duties of this position are so rigorous that employment opportunities are limited to young and physically vigorous individuals who must meet established physical qualification requirements. This position is subject to the maximum entry age restriction of 36 years old. If you are 37 or older, or will shortly reach your 37th birthday, and have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement position, you may be exempt from this age restriction. * Domestic Violence Conviction: Any person who has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence cannot lawfully possess a firearm or ammunition [Title 18, U.5.C., Section 922(g)(9)]. A "misdemeanor crime of domestic violence" is generally defined under the statute as any offense involving the use or attempted use of physical force, or the threatened use of a deadly weapon, committed by the victim's current or former domestic partner, parent, or guardian. The term "convicted", as defined in the statute, excludes any person whose conviction has been expunged, set aside, or pardoned or any person whose civil rights have been restored unless the pardon, expungement or restoration of civil rights expressly prohibits the possession of firearms or ammunition. Applicants who have been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence within the meaning of the referenced statute are not qualified for this position. Applicants under consideration will be required to certify whether they have ever been convicted of such an offense. Special Requirements:
* Incumbent must safely utilize firearms, non-lethal weapons, and defensive tactics in the conduct of daily activities. Operates motor vehicles, or special purpose law enforcement vehicles of various types including four-wheel drives, all terrain vehicles, motorcycles, and small watercraft. Must have and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
* Prior to appointment, the incumbent must be determined physically fit by an authorized physician to perform strenuous and physically demanding duties, pass a medical examination, and pass the Physical Efficiency Battery (PEB). The PEB is a fitness test consisting of five different components: 1) agility run - measures the ability to get up from the ground and sprint while changing directions; 2) bench press - measures upper body strength for one repetition; 3) 1.5 mile run - measures cardio/respiratory fitness; 4) sit and reach - measures flexibility in the lower back, legs and shoulders; and 5) body composition - measures body fat. Prior to appointment, selectees will be tested in all five components, and must pass the agility run, bench press and 1.5 mile run in the 25th percentile. The medical and drug testing will be paid by the Bureau of Land Management.

Physical Demands: The incumbent must be able to safely utilize firearms, non-lethal weapons, and defensive tactics in the conduct of daily activities. The work requires considerable strenuous physical exertion, e.g., long periods of standing, crawling, walking and running over rough, uneven, rocky surfaces and through wooded or brush areas, performing these activities day or night, when the incumbent may be required to respond immediately from a sedentary activity to an extremely arduous activity. The duties of this position are so rigorous that a physical examination is required to ensure that the employee assigned can perform the duties without physical injury to self or others. Employees must meet the arduous physical and medical standards identified in BLM law enforcement policy. The incumbent must be prepared, at all times, to defend himself/herself and others against physical and armed attack, including the use of physical violence or, as a last resort, deadly force.
Working Conditions: Work is performed both in an office setting and outdoors with exposure to hazardous and environmentally adverse conditions. Fieldwork is normally performed alone in isolated areas and for extended periods of time. Many investigations occur in isolated areas of the public lands. The remote areas are in high mountains as well as desert areas, canyons, and other types of rough terrain. This type of work involves potentially high risks with personal exposure to dangerous situations, including possible physical attack or other uncontrollable conditions. The incumbent is regularly exposed to temperature and weather extremes, and will travel on foot or by specialty vehicles, e.g., four-wheel drive, motorcycles, and all-terrain vehicles, aircraft, or horseback to these remote locations to gather evidence and to arrest violators.

Job Summary:
The Health Services Coordinator serves on the health services team supporting the overall operations of the department through a variety of administrative and clinical functions as directed by the Director of Health Services (DHS). The Health Services Coordinator preserves dignity and promotes independence for each resident while providing care and services according to each individual service plan and in accordance with MBK policy and procedure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct and coordinate assessments / evaluations of potential residents and make recommendations for admission in accordance with current rules, regulations, and community policies and procedures that govern resident assessment.
Draft initial individualized Service Plans and update as needed.
Review service plans with responsible parties and Executive Director as requested by DHS.
Ensure continuity of the assisted living residents' total care regimen.
Under the direction of the DHS, provide training and education as needed on a range of essential topics including competent medication delivery, acceptable treatments, safety protocols, emergency procedures, accurate record, and state requirements to provide the best possible resident care.
Perform all assigned duties accurately and timely including required documentation.
Serve as a medication technician, if needed.
Provide coverage of job duties within the department during absences, either through assistance in finding coverage, or personal completion of duties.
Check vital signs as directed and look for signs that health is deteriorating or improving.
Perform basic nursing functions such as treatments, medication delivery and managing resident emergencies ensuring residents are comfortable, well-fed, and hydrated.
Maintain adequate inventory of resident care supplies and demonstrate a commitment to minimizing waste of supplies and equipment.
Coordinate prescription orders with doctors' offices and manage pharmacy delivery of medications including oversight of the central storage, tracking and delivery of medications, and ensuring Medication Administration Records are completed according to company policy and State regulations.
Aid in the community marketing effort through positive interactions, acting as a liaison between the community, and families/outside health service providers.

This is a program support staff position. The primary purpose is to provide a variety of front office activities in support of the Klamath Tribes Medical Clinic. The Medical Office Clerk will have limited access to the Medical Records Room.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform receptionist duties for the Klamath Tribes Medical Clinic. This includes receiving and greeting visitors and patients; receiving and relaying incoming and inter-office telephone calls; answering routine and procedural inquiries personally and referring other matters to the supervisor and/or appropriate staff members. Must at all times demonstrate above average customer service.
2. Schedule Medical Clinic patients visit in person or on the phone. Efficiently manage available appointment time slots using the EPM system.

Essential Functions
Assist with project controls, change orders, RFI s, and other construction administration duties.
Prepare look-ahead schedules with information from subcontractors.
Assist in the generation of various reports, such as submittal and RFI logs, and with document control.
Process Submittals and RFIs.
Update working drawings with RFIs and Changes. Keep this set up to date to ensure the team is working with the most current information.
Perform simple calculations.
Provide technical support for the construction effort.
Contact vendors for information.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Work in a manner to ensure your personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies.
Basic Qualifications
In progress toward earning a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related degree.
Interest in a career in heavy construction.
Experienced with the complete Microsoft Office Suite, excellent writing and communications skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities for working in diverse team environments with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience with/aptitude for construction and/or mechanical processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship experience in the heavy construction industry.
Compenstation
Project mobility is offered within a defined home-to-project range.
$23.00 $26.00 per hour, depending on prior internship experience in your field.

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students, the Director of Student Involvement and Belonging (SIB)/College Union (CU) provides supervision, leadership, and oversight of Student Involvement & Belonging (SIB) which includes identity-based programming, leadership development, community service, and management of student organizations, and the College Union (CU). This position is a member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team and a member of the First-Year Experience Committee.
The Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, and administering a broad-based student engagement department that promotes a positive, inclusive community marked by student engagement. The Director provides leadership for: (a) operations and assessment; (b) professional staff management, and departmental program management. The Director works collaboratively with Oregon Tech Student Affairs, Student Involvement & Belonging in Portland-Metro, and various campus partners (e.g., Admissions, ITS, Risk Management, Business Affairs Office, Alumni Relations, and Marketing Communications & Public Affairs).
This position directly supervises four professional staff positions, including the Associate Director of Student Leadership Development and Cultural Engagement, the CU Facilities Manager, the Student Activities Support Coordinator, and the CU Administrative Program Assistant. This position also leads a department that includes the following professional staff positions: Assistant Director of SIB in Portland-Metro (1), SIB Coordinators (2), and CU Maintenance and Custodial staff (3).
The Director manages multiple budgets related to SIB and the CU to support student organizations, student and staff professional development, and the CU facilities' needs, including short-term projects and longer-term facility needs.
Minimum Requirements Additional Requirements
* Master's degree required.
* Five to Seven years of experience in a higher education setting in the field of Student Engagement, Student Success, Student Life, Student Union Operations, University Facilities, or related field.
* Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
* Experience interpreting and applying rules, policies, and procedures within a customer service environment.
* Professional, courteous, and effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with internal and external constituents.
* A demonstrated commitment to customer service and the application of appropriate flexibility, responding to issues and opposing points of view.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as databases and specialized programs (DocuSign, FENXT, Banner, etc.).
* Ability to effectively and respectfully work, communicate, and collaborate in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings.
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced degree in Higher Education or student affairs related field
* Eight (8) or more years of experience in Student Life/Activities, Student Support Services or related field.
* Passion for working with students in higher education.
* Experience managing budgets and financial control processes.
* Three to five years of experience managing facilities, projects related to renovation and upgrades to facilities, and vendor relationships
* Five years of experience in an event/facility management position.
* Five years of supervisory experience.
* Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale programs and events.
* Proficiency with social media platforms, marketing, and branding strategies.
