As a Lead Product Operations Manager at Klaviyo, you'll be an essential player in shaping the future of Klaviyo through innovative product lifecycle tools, particularly through leveraging AI technologies. How you'll make a difference:
Hands-on Operational Leadership: Directly manage, optimize, and execute operational solutions and tools essential to our R&D teams, from strategic planning through to execution and delivery, emphasizing hands-on implementation and iteration.
Design Lightweight, AI-First Processes: Create and champion innovative, AI-driven processes and operational models that are lightweight, intuitive, and designed to avoid bureaucracy, significantly increasing velocity and maximizing business impact.
Drive Transparency and Alignment: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics and Klaviyo's broader Go-To-Market teams to maintain clear prioritization, visibility on roadmaps, and aligned execution of key initiatives and OKRs.
Establish a Single View of Progress: Actively manage and maintain real-time product roadmaps, dashboards, KPIs, and reports, becoming the operational heartbeat that informs decisions, tracks progress, and identifies trade-offs.
Enable High-Quality Delivery: Lead practical initiatives to enhance product quality, accelerate PDLC velocity, and foster cross-team collaboration. Personally drive the implementation of metrics and continuous improvement efforts.
Empathy-Driven Collaboration: Embed deeply within our R&D organization, bringing empathy and understanding to operational decisions and processes, and fostering a culture where operational practices directly support team success and wellbeing.
AI-Driven Technical Enablement: Champion and implement AI-first solutions and tools, empowering the Product teams with technologies that streamline processes, enhance product usage insights, and significantly boost team productivity and effectiveness.
Customer-Centric Execution: Hands-on management of feedback loops in collaboration with Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring operational decisions and prioritizations reflect customer needs and insights.
Operational Data & Insights: Create and manage actionable dashboards and analytical tools that proactively identify bottlenecks, productivity insights, and inform strategic decisions.
Who you are:
7+ years of experience in product, product operations, or business operations roles, specifically within SaaS product organizations (B2B/B2C), with direct experience in a high-growth tech environment.
Proven track record in hands-on operational execution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to a detailed solution-taking a problem, identifying a path forward, and driving an initiative through.
Demonstrated empathy and deep understanding of Product, Engineering, and Design team needs, with the ability to build trust and drive operational excellence from within these teams.
Strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and driving alignment across teams.
Practical experience implementing and managing AI-driven tools and solutions within product operations.
Data-oriented approach, adept at synthesizing complex operational data into actionable insights.

The Role
As an Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own a territory of household enterprise name brands and run large deals that will define and continue Klaviyo's enterprise footprint. This isn't transactional SaaS selling, it's strategic, consultative, and highly complex. You'll work with CMO, CTO, CIO, and CEO-level stakeholders to transform how leading companies engage with their customers. Think fewer accounts, bigger logos, higher stakes, and outsized wins.
Day-To-Day:
* Run the full sales cycle, from true prospecting through close, with full ownership of your pipeline.
* Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for 15-25 high-potential enterprise accounts.
* Build ROI-based business cases, lead discovery/demos, and tailor multi-product solutions to customer needs.
* Close six- and seven-figure opportunities with Fortune 5000 companies.
* Proactively create quarterly account and territory plans, mapping opportunities to quota with cross-functional support. Apply MEDDPICC discipline and maintain forward-looking forecasts at least 2+ quarters out.
* Multi-thread across multiple departments, building consensus and trusted advisor relationships at every level.
* Partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Partners to deliver seamless outcomes.
* Maintain Salesforce hygiene, ensuring all opportunity, pipeline, and forecasting data is accurate and up to date.
* Stay on top of martech trends, contribute insights, and represent Klaviyo at industry events.
* Lead structured negotiations, aligning commercial terms with customer business outcomes and predefined give/take frameworks.
Experience Requirements:
6+ years of enterprise selling experience into the Fortune 5000 and success exceeding quotas in AI and SaaS solutions
* MarTech and B2C domain experience is critical and required for this position
* Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals to closure
* Executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and the confidence to inspire decision makers
* Net new business and outbound capabilities are imperative for this position

How You Will Make a Difference:
* Own and accelerate product-led conversion & personalized experiences across klaviyo.com - designing experiences that let visitors try, learn, and convert directly through interactive free tools, demos and guided product exploration.
* Build, test, and optimize free tools and self-serve demo experiences (using platforms like Navattic) to showcase product value early in the buyer journey.
* Prioritize and deliver initiatives that strengthen the bridge between website engagement, interactive free tools, and product activation, including optimizing the back end CMS capabilities to support front end build.
* Lead discovery efforts grounded in user behavior, funnel data, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation in the self-serve & growth experience.

Who You Are:
* 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in growth or web product.
* Proven success driving measurable top-of-funnel growth & conversion optimization for B2B SaaS companies via personalization & experimentation.
* Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered features in digital products.
* Strong background in web analytics, experimentation, and funnel analysis.
* Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), A/B testing platforms, Product demo platforms, and CMS.
* Understanding of SEO, marketing automation, and lead management platforms.
* Ability to define product roadmaps, write detailed requirements, and deliver with agile teams.

To do this, we're looking for a Lead Product Manager of Developer Experience who will craft and drive the vision for our internal development environment. In this role, you'll treat developers as your customers - making their daily workflows faster, safer, and more joyful. Your work will directly impact how quickly and confidently Klaviyo engineers can build, test, and release high-quality products.
In this role, you'll partner deeply with Engineering leaders across Developer Infra, SRE, and product teams to shape how Klaviyo develops software. Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Drive success metrics such as PR throughput, cycle time, change failure rate, developer experience index, and AI tool adoption.
Champion Quality & Safety: Partner with SRE and QE to ensure reliability and safety are built into every paved path - incidents and defects decrease even as velocity increases.
Scale for the Future: Guide architecture and tooling choices that will keep Klaviyo's developer experience sustainable and scalable for years to come.
Be Data-Driven: Establish instrumentation, run surveys, and analyze metrics to continuously validate impact and adjust based on outcomes, not assumptions.

As the Software Engineer, Product Recommendations at Klaviyo, you'll help build the machine learning-powered systems that decide which products to show to whom and when across our platform. You'll work on large-scale backend and data systems that turn billions of behavioral events into real-time, personalized product recommendations that drive revenue for merchants of all sizes.
You'll join the Product Recommendation team, partnering closely with Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers, other engineers, Product Managers and Designers to design, build, and operate services and data pipelines that power our recommendation features end to end-from data ingestion and feature generation to ranking models and APIs exposed in product. This is a hands-on backend role with a strong focus on building scalable systems and data processing frameworks, with prior ML system experience as a plus (not a hard requirement).
How you'll make a difference
Design, build, and operate backend services that power product recommendations across Klaviyo experiences (email, SMS, KAgent, onsite, etc.), with a focus on reliability, performance, and clear APIs.
Build and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines (e.g., using Apache Spark or similar frameworks) that transform raw events and catalog data into high-quality features and inputs for recommendation models.
Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize recommendation models-defining interfaces, feature contracts, and deployment patterns for batch and/or real-time inference.
Build ML/AI systems such as vector search that power recommendation, semantic search, and agentic use cases.
Implement and evolve data and service observability (metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards) to ensure recommendations are correct, fast, and available when customers need them.
Contribute to and improve shared data frameworks, libraries, and patterns that make it easier to build new recommendation use cases and iterate quickly.
Work with product managers to break down complex recommendation initiatives into clear milestones, helping balance experimentation speed with reliability and technical soundness.
Partner on data-driven decision making and A/B testing-ensuring recommendation systems are instrumented with the right metrics, and helping interpret results to guide future iterations.
Participate in on-call and incident response for the systems you own, driving follow-ups that improve the resilience and operability of our recommendation stack.
Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up-for example, using AI to accelerate development, automate tests, or better monitor and debug recommendation behavior.
Share knowledge and mentor other engineers on working with large-scale data frameworks, distributed systems, and best practices for integrating ML into production systems.
Who you are
3+ years of software engineering experience, including building and operating backend services in production.
Strong focus on backend and distributed systems at scale; you've worked on high-throughput or highly available services and care about latency, reliability, and operability.
Proficient in Python, and comfortable working in at least one modern language used for backend/data work (e.g., Java or Scala).
Proficient with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark (or similar technologies like Flink, Beam, etc.) for building batch or streaming pipelines.
Comfortable with cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes); able to work with infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines as part of your day-to-day development.
Comfortable with data-driven decision making and A/B testing-you understand how to instrument experiments, read results, and fold learnings back into the system.
Comfortable designing and querying data models in relational or analytical datastores (e.g., Postgres, MySQL, data warehouses).
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, alerting) and how they apply to large-scale data and recommendation systems.
Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end-from design and implementation through rollout, monitoring, and iteration-ideally across multiple components or services.
Excellent collaborator and communicator: you can explain tradeoffs to technical and non-technical partners and work effectively with ML Engineers, Software Engineers, PMs, and other teams.
