As a Lead Product Operations Manager at Klaviyo, you'll be an essential player in shaping the future of Klaviyo through innovative product lifecycle tools, particularly through leveraging AI technologies. Who you are: 7+ years of experience in product, product operations, or business operations roles, specifically within SaaS product organizations (B2B/B2C), with direct experience in a high-growth tech environment.
