In the role of Water/Wastewater Project Manager, we will count on you to: * Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline planning, as well as large, complex multi-disciplinary projects * Independently coordinate work of engineers and balance planning/design team throughout entire project lifespan * Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings * Participate in reviews with various governing agencies * Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff * Coordinate workload throughout entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule * Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule * Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Business Group Manager for project reviews * Perform technical analyses and report preparation * Lead client project and technical meetings and/or workshops * Provide leadership and mentoring for water/wastewater engineers * Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications * M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering * Licensed professional engineer in the State of Ohio or have the ability to obtain license within 1 year. * Experience in collaborative delivery methods for water/wastewater treatment facilities and pump station projects * Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera project management software * Revit, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD experience * Preference is given to local candidates Keywords: Water, Wastewater, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Hydrology, Hydraulics, Collection System, Biosolids, Planning, Design, Project Management #LI-EH1 Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in related field * 7 years related experience * A minimum of 2 years project management experience * Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills * An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
