In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * Serving as Client Manager for Central Ohio clients * Pursuing and winning local projects * Delivering local projects as Project Manager * Leading and mentoring team members What you'll bring to our firm: * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required * Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio * Minimum of 15+ years of related design and Project Management experience * Established network and excellent reputation with Central Ohio clients * Strong written and oral communication skills * Writing samples may be requested for this position. Compensation: The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
