The Senior Event Planner will serve as project leader on specific events, coordinating teams that plan, implement, and manage all aspects of events. They will initiate and lead meetings with stakeholders to plan scope and format of events, timeline design, vendor sourcing and management, visual and graphic design, establish and monitor budgets, and/or review administrative procedures and event progress. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and support all strategic, operations and logistical activities for meeting and event related projects. Organize facilities and manage all event details such as lodging, catering, setup, entertainment, transportation, registration, AV, and production technology. Maintain, report, and forecast meeting budgets. Use technology to manage the planning processes for meeting, including meeting registrations, approvals, budget and actual spend, calendars, meeting logistics, attendee registrations etc. Negotiate with vendors to secure contracts, maintain budgets and ensure event needs are met. Position: Yard Driver non-DOT Shift: 3rd Shift -; Monday -; Thursday, Sunday 11pm -; 7am Pay: $22.20 plus $1.50 shift differential Additional Skills/Experience Required * 6 months -; 1-year prior Over-the-Road and/or Yard Truck driving experience required. o Experience must include hauling 53' trailers. * No manual transmission experience required. * Experience with Refrigeration Units preferred. Shape your world. Role Purpose: Drives switching equipment, tractors, and straight trucks to transport goods or equipment to and from designated locations. Makes decisions in sequencing schedule to maintain efficient loading and unloading operations. Loads and unloads trailers and verifies product count. Maintains a clean and safe docking area and reports any maintenance or safety issues to supervision. Refuels vehicles on site and documents locations and condition of equipment. Key Accountabilities: * Maintain safe and efficient dock operation by switching trailers and equipment to and from docks. * Maintains equipment fuel levels and refuels equipment during appropriate times. * Loads and unloads trucks, verifying the count and condition of product. Reports overages, shortages, and damages. * Performs daily yard checks. * Properly secures loads, ensuring loads are within local, state and federal guidelines. * Prepares and maintains accurate records and/or logs as required policies and procedures. * Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and water. Notifies supervision of current or anticipated repair needs. * Complies with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
