Mr. Smith co-founded the Company and has served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1982. From 1975 to 1984, Mr. Smith was employed by Rockwell International Corporation in a variety of technical and management positions. Mr. Smith served with Xerox Data Systems from 1972 to 1975 and RCA Computer Systems Division from 1969 to 1972 in mainframe sales and pre-sale technical roles. Mr. Smith received a B.A. in Business Administration from Grove City College.

As Zynga’s CEO and with over 25 years of experience in interactive entertainment, I’ve led the company’s turnaround and transition to rapid growth. Our market cap during my tenure has nearly tripled, due to optimizing live services and fortifying the company’s portfolio of wildly popular franchises, including CSR Racing, Words With Friends, and Zynga Poker. Our groundbreaking series of studio acquisitions, including Gram Games and Small Giant Games, along with innovation and success across our games portfolio, has positioned Zynga as among the fastest growing public gaming companies in the world in 2019. Since I joined in 2016, we have acquired a pipeline of games, including global hits Empires & Puzzles and Merge Dragons! and have secured game development partnerships with some of the world’s most iconic brands and entertainment franchises, such as Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, and Star Wars. Most recently, I served as the Executive Vice President of EA Mobile, where I led strategy, publishing and product development for the company’s fast-growing mobile games business. In that role, I managed EA’s portfolio of popular mobile franchises including The Simpsons: Tapped Out, Plants vs. Zombies, Real Racing, Bejeweled, Star Wars, Minions, SimCity, EA SPORTS and The Sims. Since joining Zynga, I’ve served as the Chairman of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. I previously served on the Board of Directors for Cooliris, a mobile content and communication technology company; and, Graphiq, a data visualization company.

Chris Baker is a Chief Executive Officer at SoftServe and Member of Board of Directors at SoftServe and is based in Annapolis, Maryland. He has worked as President at 360insights, Senior Executive at Public Media Apps, and President at Pitney Bowes. Christopher studied at Purdue University between 1984 and 1988.

As President and CEO of Paciolan, Kim manages the direction and vision for the entire company, including client satisfaction, retention and direction of all products, services and solutions. She has cultivated an inclusive and supportive corporate culture at Paciolan, encouraging employee growth and development. Kim is also the liaison to our parent company, Learfield, and is charged with being more integrated with the Extended Business Lines within the Learfield family. Before she was named President, Kim was managing most of the company in her role as COO, and developed many of the teams within the company that exist today. Before Paciolan, she has also served in leadership positions at Tickets.com, Buy.com and Paramount Studios. In 2017, Venues Today recognized Kim as a Woman of Influence, honoring female leaders in the sports and entertainment industry. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sports Studies from University of Southern California.
