Requirements Procurement Management Lead and develop the purchasing team responsible for raw materials, components, and execution of established long-term agreements (LTAs). Establish and manage strategic agreements with outside process vendors (OVs); collaborate closely with the OV team to ensure alignment and effective execution. Partner with the VP of Supply Chain to expand LTAs and strategic sourcing opportunities. Support supplier segmentation and sourcing strategies to reduce risk, improve responsiveness, and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO). Ensure timely and accurate placement of purchase orders in alignment with MRP and planning requirements. Monitor daily procurement reports and manage order adjustments proactively to meet demand changes. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; serve as the point of contact for issue escalation.
