Requirements * At least 18 years of age * Proof of valid driver's license * Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8 plus hrs. * 2 or more years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more employees at a time, interacting frequently with customers, and coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles * Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, as well as work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours * Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills; able to easily interact with diverse employees, bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

In the role of Assistant Bread Baker, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team who will offer a unique menu selection of artisan, sweet, & seasonal breads all baked with honest, whole ingredients. A successful Assistant Bread Baker at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess: * Proven track record of demonstrating superhero abilities in the kitchen from following recipes to paying close attention to additional details to create one-of-a-kind breads. Lifting large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies all weighing 50 lbs. plus is an important task of this role - the ability to stand, lift, and mix is also a daily requirement * The ability to work through change & be able to be flexible all while keeping a close eye on what's cooking! * The schedule availability to work afternoons/nights. Bread Baking shifts start around 11 am - 7 pm, plus a shift on Sunday (when the store is closed).
