They promised very realistic and expected things, made Knight seem like a great place to work....
They never made good on any of the things they said, worked you to the bone and either deliberately attempted to bankrupt me or where so incompetent with their use of my services that it nearly accomplished the same end result
The "Walk Away Lease" (which, through "creative accounting", they also didn't uphold). I'd prefer to work for the Mob. At least there's some honor and decency with the Mob.
He's studied how to angle and edge the legal risks of the company so the drivers individually burden them for the most part. Funding the company off of the drivers financial lives rather than relying on running a "good" company. - You've got to respect the business man who can do that, and somehow make it seem legal.
Class Action Law Suit against the Corporate company aimed at restoring the lives of drivers such as myself who've lost 4+ years of their lives being abused, starved and in many ways tortured to artificially make Knight seem like a well-to-do trucking company sucking in more unsuspecting victims.
I checked on Knight's safty score, reviews, and prior interactions over the phone seemed good and on the up-and-up, then I drove to Knight's terminal in Phoenix, AZ.
Less by orders of magnitude. I'd make more working as a School's bus driver.
It's sufficiently diverse. But that should never be the factor. People shouldn't be hired because the company needs more [Insert the minority] representation. A company should hire the best people for the job. If someone feels a company is discriminating based on [insert the minority], then a review should be done then and the company should be encouraged to hire the more qualified personnel.
Not being under Knight's thumb anymore.
