Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Provide drivers with necessary support due to absence, or during evening and/or weekend hours so that drivers can deliver loads safely and on time.
* Fuel and route Drivers while promoting the safety of drivers.
* Dispatch necessary resources (driver, truck, trailer) to take care of immediate issue.
* Resolve driver issues within authorized limits.
* Use Micromap and plan next day loads as needed.
* Work with other Terminal ECT members in drivers' and customers' special needs/requests as it relates to load planning.

Learn to assign loads and plan, route, and monitor freight movement to provide safe, on-time service and meet customer requirements, including managing freight exceptions and driver ETA adjustments based on pick-up and delivery schedules, and other environmental factors on the road
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
High School Diploma/GED with up to 4 years of equivalent education, experience, and training AND/currently enrolled and working towards degree program(s) with up to 2 years or equivalent education, experience, and training AND/OR Bachelor's degree with ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed. Must be willing to travel to account, customer, & company event locations when applicable.

Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Accurately and efficiently rate and bill customers in accordance with specifications by fully understanding all Billing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
* Perform correct billing practices in a timely manner.
* Balance multiple accounts with various customer requirements.
* Complete and update account instructions and provide back up on accounts as assigned.
* Verify and confirm rates and applicable surcharges in accordance with customer contracts.
* Make changes and communicate rating concerns to sales, pricing or contract administration as necessary.

* Review and request updates shipper billing repository to include patterns per customer requirements.
* Enter line-haul rates for all line-haul addendum s noted by Customer Service Representative's (CSR) or for specific ''print-only'' lanes as dictated by contract requirements.
* Review and reprocess invoices (void and re-bill), as necessary, to ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner and take proactive measures to avoid future occurrences (i.e. relationship).
* Update management with billing queue status and recommend ideas to streamline existing processes within several controllable billing queues and communicate to internal departments on non-controllable queues.
