Pros of working at Knights of Columbus

I like that I am directly in charge of how much I make based on how hard I work. I like that I am the one who has to make it happen, so I have learned a lot from trial and error. Learning how to sell insurance is so valuable, because sales are always important and Life Insurance sales are a hard sale. If you can sell and intangible product such as Insurance you can sell anything.

Cons of working at Knights of Columbus

I don't like that I have a very fluctuating income. I make good money but with my personality I really need at least a certain base to rely on.

Knights of Columbus benefits

The fact that there is a good spirit amongst the guys and healthy competition is very nice. I do enjoy the bonuses that they offer, such as new tech, and a paid trip to an exotic location every year.
