Position is based out of our Sunnyvale HQ Knightscope is seeking a creative, self-directed, and high-performing Content Marketing Specialist to own and elevate our multimedia content strategy. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO and will serve as the primary in-house marketing creator focused on expanding Knightscope's client-facing brand. You will be responsible for ideating, producing, and distributing strategic content that informs, inspires, and converts - while supporting sales, marketing, investor relations, and public relations efforts across multiple digital platforms. This is a unique opportunity for a proven content creator to develop and execute content across social media, video, webinars, podcasts, and internal knowledge assets - all within a mission-driven, fast-moving public safety robotics company. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and publish engaging short-form video, photo, and written content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and Knightscope.com. Record, edit, and manage podcasts and video interviews with the CEO and key team members. Schedule, host, and support live and on-demand webinars, including coordination of Zoom tools and post-event engagement. Own and maintain Knightscope's Media Kit - ensuring brand assets, bios, logos, and usage guidelines are consistently up to date and accessible. Operate as an “AI-first” content marketer - leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, Descript, Midjourney, Canva, CapCut, and others to automate and accelerate creative output. Use HubSpot for campaign execution, content publishing, contact management, and performance tracking. Align messaging across investor relations, client acquisition, and employee engagement content streams. Develop and maintain a lightweight editorial calendar tied to product launches, field deployments, events, and relevant industry milestones. Monitor, measure, and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Serve as the digital voice of the company - producing on-brand content that emotionally connects with clients and prospects. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, social media production, or digital storytelling. Demonstrated portfolio of high-performing content across multiple formats and platforms. Proficient in managing webinars and podcasts, including Zoom hosting and video/audio editing workflows. HubSpot proficiency is required. Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and consistent messaging. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with direct executive access and limited oversight. Fluency in AI-based content creation tools and workflows is essential. Knightscope is the place to be! Knightscope is looking for an intelligent, detail-oriented, and driven individual to support our Production team. As a Production Assistant you will help to build, install, prepare, and test components. In addition, you may assist with QA, Operations, Service, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and other related tasks as needed. This may include support documentation, assisting other team members, identifying quality issues, helping in equipment selection/setup, and continuously improving our manufacturing process. You must be a “roll up your sleeves” type of person and should enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment. This position is located in Downey, CA and will require you to be full time on-site. Responsibilities Building a variety of assemblies needed for our Autonomous Security Robots (ASRs) by following technical drawings, written/verbal instructions, and established benchmarks. Basic knowledge of soldering, wiring, electronic assembly, mechanical assembly, and the appropriate use of related tools. Use your abilities to troubleshoot simple electronic assemblies, wiring, and mechanical assemblies. Assist with the creation and/or development of tooling and fixtures required for robot assembly. Support and improve production line performance through efficiency and product quality. Assist in the collection, preparation, and analysis of data and development procedures. Contribute to Lean practices and continuous improvement activities. Ensure the workplace remains tidy (5S). Qualifications 1-3 years' experience in similar related field. Production, Assembly, and Manufacturing skill-sets. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Basic foundation of process improvement with focus on data accuracy. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Individual may be required to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to manage a complex set of objectives and team goals in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and mindful approach to challenges. Strong organizational skills. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Bonus Points Experience in a startup environment Willing to take on other tasks to support other departments. Open to changes in direction based on production demands.
