Responsibilities include:
Provides Customer Service support to all clients from first point of inquiry through all phases of the accreditation process for all programs.

Scores data collection documents and develops clear, concise summary of findings, including appropriate recommendations to customers.
Reads and understands all program standards and accreditation policies and procedures.
Reviews and recommends changes to department policies and associated control documents to maintain the integrity of departmental processes.
Revises policies and control documents, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum two-year Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred) in a business related field with three years of relevant work experience in a business setting, or a high school education with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a business setting.
Prior Customer Service experience required, with proven success in building and maintaining positive working relationships.
Experience working with computer systems with proficient use of database and other office system programs; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong oral and written communication skills a must, as are attention to detail and organizational skills.
This position is located in Cary, NC with hybrid remote-working privileges. Compensation includes base salary + bonus.

Duties include investigating gas releases and spills, collecting samples and data, and preparing detailed inspection reports to document findings. You will conduct gas storage reservoir maintenance inspections and respond to public complaints involving health and safety concerns, environmental impacts, site reclamation, abandoned wells, and potential violations. Additionally, you will communicate identified issues to operators, initiate enforcement and compliance actions, recommend corrective measures, issue notices of violation, and assist with drafting orders, penalties, and citations. QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of commercial property management or brokerage experience preferred. Must be able to track and manage multiple tasks daily and provide excellent follow-up and customer service. Must have general knowledge of business, management, marketing, finance, and accounting including budgeting activities and experience in planning, prioritizing, and organizing a complex workload. Effective verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills are needed.

Job Summary
Reports To: The Legislative Aide will report to the Supervisor and Chief of Staff.
The Legislative Aide (LA) assists in the day-to-day work of the Sterling District office in Leesburg, VA. The LA works with the Chief of Staff to be a front-line contact to constituents, County agencies, and any other outside entities. The LA assists with research and review of legislation coming before the Board of Supervisors. The Legislative Aide takes a leading role in communications, including, but not limited to, social media management, scheduling, and constituent relations. Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
Act as a first line of contact between the public and the Supervisor.
Lead office communications, including social media and e-newsletter.
Track and manage constituent concerns, working with County Administration or outside agency partners as needed to develop appropriate responses.
Track ongoing land development within the Sterling District and provide updates for district office awareness and constituent communication.
Manage the Supervisor's schedule, including event invitations and travel.

The successful candidates will be proactive and bring new ideas to the discussion. They will be comfortable working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be comfortable engaging with diverse people and views, as this is often a public-facing role. The ideal candidates must be detail-oriented and proficient in multitasking as they are expected to manage multiple projects at a time. Preferred candidates must be comfortable speaking on behalf of the Supervisor and able to think quickly on their feet. Candidates must be comfortable with a non-traditional 9-5 role, including working occasional weekends. Minimum Qualifications

The Quality Improvement Division (QI) is an integral team within the Chief Medical Office (CMO) that is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and leading innovative strategies focused on improving clinical quality and health outcomes. The QI Data Analytics (DA) team leads key reporting, evaluation, and strategic analysis across the agency for all quality-related initiatives. Within QI, the Data Analytics team leads all analytic efforts for QI units including the Population Health Team, Social Determinants of Health Team, and the Primary Care Quality team focused on value-based outpatient programs. Additionally, the DA team collaborates closely with all other teams within CMO, including Dental, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, and Appeals teams to provide analytics and dashboarding expertise.
