favoritism on the part of supervisors and upper management. supervisors never give positive praise to good workers but quick to discipline any employee who is a threat to their position. Area department management turns a blind eye to incorrect/inappropriate actions of supervisors and dismissing complaints by lower level employees of their supervisors.
