Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to daily data entry requests made by the MSP Delivery teams.
Prioritize incoming requests with the invoicing deadlines and project deadlines.
Develop a strong working knowledge of Knowledge Services MSP programs, MSP program requirements and processes, and the dot Staff™ VMS.
Utilize knowledge of the dot Staff™ VMS and program processes to problem solve unique situations.
Assist the MSP Implementations and Operations Team with data entry during new program implementations.
Analyze and create processes streamlining daily functions and assisting with program delivery standards.
Provide excellent customer service to client managers, vendors, resources, and MSP team members.
Responsible for managing and completing projects, as assigned.
Assist the MSP Implementations, Operations, Training, and Compliance Teams with projects and initiatives, as assigned
Establish productive, professional relationships with internal Team Members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office: with emphasis on Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project
